Rolling Surf is a luxurious, independent four-bedroom beachfront villa at the water's edge in Lance aux Epines. Enjoy sweeping views across Prickly Bay, a private infinity swimming pool, separate jacuzzi and direct access to the beach. With approximately 4,325 sq ft of interior living space and 2,440 sq ft of outdoor terraces, there is plenty of room for families and groups of up to eight.

The main villa contains three elegant en-suite bedrooms, including an ocean-view master suite with a four-poster bed, private veranda and whirlpool bath. A separate lower-level en-suite apartment, known as Driftwood, provides an additional king or twin bedroom with its own kitchen and private ocean-view deck. Relax in the open-plan sitting room, gather for meals on the covered veranda or enjoy the outdoor poolside dining gazebo and barbecue.

Guests also benefit from a media room, exercise facilities, Wi-Fi, climate-controlled bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa team provides housekeeping and assistance with airport arrivals. Restaurants and the Prickly Bay Marina are within walking distance.

The standard minimum stay is seven nights and the Christmas/New Year minimum is fourteen nights.
