Maison La Sagesse is a secluded four-bedroom, five-bathroom private beachfront villa on Grenada’s south-east coast, set among approximately three quarters of an acre of tropical gardens. A private gate opens directly onto La Sagesse Beach, while a swimming pool with an adjoining heated jetted spa gives guests the freedom to relax at home.

Contemporary neutral interiors centre around an open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Large folding doors connect the living spaces to the ocean-facing terrace and pool deck, ideal for family gatherings and al fresco dining. The four air-conditioned bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, with three king bedrooms and a family-friendly fourth bedroom with bunk and trundle beds.

Families and groups can enjoy the barbecue, Wi-Fi, indoor entertainment, laundry facilities and private parking. Housekeeping is provided for qualifying stays, and an airport transfer is included under the property's advertised terms.

Published guide rates: US$7,700 per week from 1 May to 14 December; US$10,395 per week from 15 December to 30 April. Carnival is separately advertised at US$1,250 per night with a 10-night minimum. Standard minimum stay is five nights, with a 14-night minimum at Christmas/New Year.
