Leave the standard tourist route behind with Wondering Soles and explore Grenada’s rocky southwest coast on foot. Starting around Dragon Bay, the hike follows natural coastal terrain where rock pools reveal fish, crabs, sea urchins and anemones, while the sound of the sea echoes through hollowed rock formations.
The route finishes at picturesque Dragon Bay, beside the Underwater Sculpture Park, with time to swim and enjoy refreshments. It is an active but rewarding way to experience a quieter side of St. George’s.





This is a rocky coastal hike, so trainers or walking shoes with strong grip are important. Flip-flops are not suitable for the route.
The hike finishes at Dragon Bay, where you can enjoy a swim when conditions are safe.
There are no perfectly level paths along parts of the route. You should be comfortable stepping across rocks and uneven ground.
Wet rocks, heavy rain or rough seas can affect the route. Your guide will always prioritise safe conditions.
