The SGU Living Guide to Grenada

La Vélique

Start with the routine, not just the apartment

SGU Living is designed around the practical reality of moving to Grenada for study, work or family support. A property can look attractive and still be the wrong fit if the commute, transport, lease terms or everyday setup do not work.

Before you search

Define your intake or arrival date, budget, number of bedrooms, preferred areas, pet requirements, transport needs and any non-negotiable features.

Choose location carefully

True Blue, Lance aux Épines and surrounding south-coast areas are popular because of their access to SGU, supermarkets, restaurants and established student communities. The best area depends on how you plan to travel each day.

Before you commit

Confirm the exact unit, rent, deposit, utilities, internet, cleaning, laundry, parking, pet terms, lease length and what is included. Where possible, use an in-person, virtual or recorded viewing.

Arrival support

SGU Living can also help with selected airport transfers, move-in coordination, pre-arrival groceries and local orientation. Visiting parents and relatives can also be supported with short-stay accommodation and concierge arrangements.

SGU Living is an independent La Vélique service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by St. George's University.
